How to find out the billing period?

  • Billing period for tariff customers is always set as at 4th, 10th, 16th, 20th or 25th day in a month.
  • Billing period for customers of prepaid Vodafone cards is always the 1st calendar day in a month.
  • The easiest way to find out your billing period is to go to My Vodafone Self Care at vodafone.cz/muj/en (My account - Basic information) or to have a look at the printed Bill.
