We handle and solve 90 % of complaints submitted through the electronic complaint form within 10 business days. More complicated cases are solved within 30 business days.
If you don't know your password and like to send us the complaint by mail, you can print this form. Then send the filled-in and printed form to our mailing address "Vodafone Czech Republic, a.s., Reklamační oddělení, náměstí Junkových 2, 155 00 Praha 5". You can also hand the form in at any of our retail stores. We will then file the complaint and respond also by mail in the timeframe given by law, latest by 30 days from the day when the form was received.
