"The duration of roaming calls is increasing and customers appreciate the flexibility of the Vodafone Passport service, which, with most tariffs, is cheaper than regulation rates after the second minute of calling. Market regulation has been inadequate in reacting to the changing needs of the customers," says Vice-President of Marketing for Vodafone Czech Republic Chris Robbins.
