Currently, residents of Northern Moravia have high-speed mobile Internet access in Ostrava, Havířov, Karvina, Opava, Frýdek – Místek, Bohumín, Vratimov, Vřesina, Markvartic, Sviadnov, Klimkovic, Ludgeřovic, the Old Town in Frýdek - Místek and in Frenštát pod Radhoštěm.

Vodafone's 3G network runs on the latest HSPA (High Speed Packet Access) technology from Huawei. In addition to the 3G network, customers can use Vodafone's mobile data connectivity via the MobilKom CDMA network, which covers 75 percent of the population and the 2G - EDGE network, which is available to 95 percent of the population of the Czech Republic.

Vodafone wants to be as close as possible to customers in all regions, so in addition to 3G signal coverage, it is intensively expanding its network of stores. There you can find experienced dealers who can advise customers on everything from setting up their phone to their choice of services. During the previous six months, Vodafone has opened stores in several new shopping centers in Ostrava and also in the Český Těšín, Třinec, Nový Jičín and in Zábřeh na Moravě. In the spring, it is planning a new store in Frýdek - Místek.

Customers can visit the unique Vodafone store, which is also a café in Karvina. The cafe is open since last summer, but in recent weeks has undergone a transformation to offer customers true convenience and a café atmosphere. Under the new name of 'Café Galerie', it opens officially tomorrow.
