As of April 2nd Oskar significantly reduces prices of mobile phones. Oskar’s special offer includes the lowest-cost WAP handset on the Czech market - Motorola T2288R for 2.599 Kč. In addition, Alcatel 303 is offered for 3.999 Kč and Siemens C35i for 4.999 Kč. New Siemens A35 is available at an initial price of 3.599 Kč and Nokia 3210 is offered at a reduced price of 4.599 Kč. Oskar also offers enhanced phones at very advantageous prices – for instance, Nokia 6210 is now available for 13.999 Kč and Siemens SL45 for 22.999 Kč.

In addition, Oskar will launch SMS E-mail and SMS CHAT services on April 17th. SMS E-mail is a service that allows users to send text messages from their handsets to web-based e-mail addresses. At the same time, e-mail messages sent from the Internet can be received on mobile phones via SMS. The SMS CHAT service allows users to communicate mutually by sending multiple SMS messages. A contribution sent by a chat user is delivered to all other users automatically. All messages received from Oskar’s SMS CHAT are free of charge. Additional details on Oskar’s new SMS E-mail a SMS CHAT will be available on April 17, the scheduled launch date for both services.
