OSKAR INTRODUCES NEW-GENERATION VOICE SELF CARE

After dialing *077, Oskar’s customers may service their accounts with unprecedented speed and convenience Monday November 26th marks the day when customers will be able to take advantage of Oskar’s improved Voice Self-Care. By dialing *077, Oskar’s customers can access their account balance, review payments and activate new services. A redesigned menu structure and new control features make this process faster and more convenient than ever before.  Compared to other account servicing systems, Oskar’s Voice Self Care is beneficial for various reasons. It can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year, offering customers complete freedom of time and place.

Monday November 26th marks the day when customers will be able to take advantage of Oskar’s improved Voice Self-Care. By dialing *077, Oskar’s customers can access their account balance, review payments and activate new services. A redesigned menu structure and new control features make this process faster and more convenient than ever before. 

Compared to other account servicing systems, Oskar’s Voice Self Care is beneficial for various reasons. It can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year, offering customers complete freedom of time and place. It is as precise as a clock. It will conveniently activate any service upon the customer's request error-free. 

The most important new feature of Voice Self-Care is the menu item, „My Oskar“. To access „My Oskar“ the customer needs to press „1“ from the main menu. Options in this section include „My Account“ and „My Services.“ Once in „My Account“ customers can view their current account balance as-well-as details on their three most recent invoices and applied payments. Current credit balance and airtime expiry dates are also available from this location. When „My Services“ is entered, by using a personal four to six digit password, customers can activate and deactivate services such as Oskamaradi, detailed billing and CLIR (Caller Line Identification Restriction).

Other innovations included in the new Voice Self-Care from Oskar are:

  • Help feature (Available upon pressing the * key anywhere in the My Oskar menu. For example, if customers are listening to their account balance, after pressing *, they will be provided a brief script on what their account balance truly reflects.)
  • A clearly organized menu structure based on input from our customers
  • New, user friendly design as found within Internet Self-Care
  • Customer language selection recall
