From March 1, Oskar’s business customers will have one less thing to worry about. Oskar’s new NoWorries (BezObav) service allows business customers with contracts to have their voice accounts automatically optimized to make sure they are getting charged according to the best available Oskar Full tariff* for their individual usage and needs. How It Works The NoWorries principle is simple: At the end of every quarter, Oskar reviews the monthly accounts of business customers on 50, 150 or 300 Full tariffs* for the preceding three months. The operator then calculates how much the customer would have paid had they been using other Oskar business tariffs. If it turns out that under a different tariff the customer would have paid less, the difference between this amount and what they actually paid is refunded in the form of credit (free services) on their next bill.

How It Works
The NoWorries principle is simple: At the end of every quarter, Oskar reviews the monthly accounts of business customers on 50, 150 or 300 Full tariffs* for the preceding three months. The operator then calculates how much the customer would have paid had they been using other Oskar business tariffs. If it turns out that under a different tariff the customer would have paid less, the difference between this amount and what they actually paid is refunded in the form of credit (free services) on their next bill. NoWorries is provided to all new and existing customers and is free of charge.

What NoWorries Brings to Oskar Customers
NoWorries service offers business customers unprecedented latitude in choosing their tariffs. During peak business periods where mobile phone usage is high, they gain the efficiencies of the larger bundled-minute tariffs such as Full 300. However, if their usage drops off, they are automatically charged according to a lower bundled-minute tariff, which prevents them from paying for minutes they don’t use.

“With this new NoWorries offer, Oskar is recognizing the specific needs of small- and medium-sized companies that don’t have time or resources to focus on things outside of their core business activities,” says Marek Sláčík, Director Acquisition & Channel Marketing. “NoWorries frees them from worrying about whether they are on the best tariff plan for their company’s needs, and affords them the peace of mind to focus on doing business. Oskar is the first Czech mobile operator to offer this optimization of voice services,” says Sláčík.
