After successfully signing a cooperation agreement with one of the country's biggest IT distributors, TechData, Vodafone is continuing its strategy to expand indirect sales of data services in cooperation with Mironet. Vodafone mobile data services will thus be available through two of the top sellers of notebooks in the Czech Republic. When purchasing notebooks from Mironet, customers will also receive an exclusive twenty-five percent discount on their data tariff for one year. "After 56 new franchise shops, Tesco, Globus, Interspar, Electro World, and Tipsport, Czech Railway stations and Czech Post branches, and electronics retailers TechData and Alza.cz, Mironet has become another key partner in expanding indirect sales of Vodafone services," says Martin Pejša, Director of Consumer Sales, Vodafone.

Through Mironet, customers can also buy several phones from the Vodafone portfolio, together with a prepaid card. Mironet currently offers the Vodafone 547i, which is the lowest priced touch screen phone on the market, and the popular HTC Wildfire Black, which features the Android operating system.
Vodafone is launching this cooperation with an exclusive twenty-five percent discount on the Connect For Good data tariff for one year (3GB FUP).

- The Connect For Good data tariff thus costs CZK 354 with VAT per month
- The regular rate is CZK 472.50 with VAT per month
Customers can buy the following modems through Mironet:
- 3G modem (3G technology coverage in urban areas – 35 % of the Czech Republic) – CZK 777 with VAT
- KOMBO modem (3G coverage and CDMA coverage in rural areas – 80 % of the Czech Republic) – CZK 1,477 with VAT
For timely payments customers also get a CZK 250 discount on data services for two consecutive months after three months of using a data tariff.
