Dialing *111# will get you to the menu where you can obtain a complete overview of your mobile phone account. In Pocket Self-Care you can receive, for example, information about the current amount owing or about PIN or PUK codes. In addition, Pocket Self-Care enables customers to activate, set or deactivate most of Oskar´s services at any time. Pocket Self-Care adds up to the preceding Internet, Voice and SMS Self-Care.

The menu consists of three sections: My Account, My Services and Info and Entertainment. The access to the sections My Account and My Services is free of charge, as well as the access to the Info and Entertainment section. For services ordered from the last section the customer will be charged according to the price list.
To support this new service, Oskar also announced a special promotional contest. Until 15th July 2005, consumer users of Pocket Self-Care can win one of 10 Samsung X460 handsets. In the Pocket Self Care menu, users will find a quiz question that they can answer via their mobile phone. The ten most accurate answers will win a handset.
