Revolutionary technology supplied by RightNow Technologies makes Oskar the first operator in Europe to allow its customers to receive answers to their questions interactively via www.oskarmobil.cz. “‘Ask Oskar’ gives us a unique and efficient customer care tool.

As of today, Oskar offers an exciting new enhancement to its self-care product entitled “Ask Oskar”. Revolutionary technology supplied by RightNow Technologies makes Oskar the first operator in Europe to allow its customers to receive answers to their questions interactively via www.oskarmobil.cz.

“‘Ask Oskar’ gives us a unique and efficient customer care tool. The important thing is that the system learns from our customers – our customers makes decisions about what is relevant to them,” says Francinne Hansen, Customer Care Director.

In addition, Oskar’s web sites contain a database of FAQ sorted by customers’ preferences. The system continuously updates the order of questions consistent with what customers find relevant. Customers may also evaluate the usefulness of each question and thus participate in creating the system.

If a response cannot be found in the available database the respective question can be e-mailed directly to the customer care department. Questions can also be checked in the “My questions” section. All questions delivered by e-mail will either be answered automatically by the system or forwarded to one of Oskar’s operators. If the answer to a given question is not found in the database operators can add it to the database by clicking a button of their mouse once the answer is prepared.
