A new Vodafone campaign targets small businesses and entrepreneurs

17. June 2011

Vodafone has launched a new campaign to promote its Business Online service, which helps small businesses to attract new customers via the Internet. The hero of the campaign is a special 3D character of a plumber who is trying to promote his services in a funny way. The campaign was made by the Team Red agency and aims to address small businesses which either have no website or want to improve the existing one, or increase their sales through an e-shop and online marketing. The Business Online service offers to provide these tools for them. “We always seek to give our customers something more.

“We always seek to give our customers something more. That is to say, not only do we offer the services that are commonly expected of us, but we also provide tools which help entrepreneurs to develop their businesses. The new campaign introduces a plumber called Jarda who is trying to promote his services in a rather funny way. Fortunately, we know how to help him. Entrepreneurs are sure to have a sense of humour and that is why we want to promote the Business Online service in quite an unusual way”,>/i> says Markéta Moreno, the Director of Brand, Communications and Customer Experience.

The campaign was launched on 15 June in the press, radio and online media. The TV campaign is to start on 18 June.
