SOLUS Association (Business ID: 69346925), with its registered office at Na Pankraci 30/1618, 140 00 in Prague 4, is an association of interested legal persons established for the purpose of the protection of leasing, credits and other selected services provided to consumers, businessmen and legal persons. This association administers the common database of persons who don`t carry out their financial obligations (persons owing money to association members). For the current list of members of SOLUS association as well as their processors see www.solus.cz.
Should you owe us an overdue amount for a bill we may give your personal data (in accordance with General conditions) over to the SOLUS association. In addition to your personal data, i.e. name, surname, address and the personal identification number or business ID, we can also submit the information on the extent to which you have broken your contractual obligations to the SOLUS association (i.e. how much you actually owe to us) and of course information on your consequent payment status (so that everybody knows that you have already paid the due amount). But we will only deliver your data to SOLUS database if you owe more than one bill or if we record the due amount for several months (which will probably not happen to you). So you can see that there is only one reason to be afraid. If you want to know more about SOLUS association, go to www.solus.cz. You can also look in our General conditions, where you will get more information as to how long will it take SOLUS to process your data or what your other rights are in relation to this association.
If you conclude any contract with another member of the SOLUS association, you may get some benefits provided you are not recorded in SOLUS as being in debt. On the other hand an association member may determine more strict conditions for contract conclusion (according to the conditions of that particular association member). Any member of the SOLUS association, who would like to check whether you are recorded in SOLUS or not, must have your written consent to do so. Without this consent nobody will pass on the information from the SOLUS database and this consent is voluntary.
Yes, of course, under the Personal Data Protection Act you can contact the SOLUS association anytime and to ask them for the information on whether and how it is processing your personal data.
