Pursuant to Act no. 127/2005 Sb ., the Electronic Communications Act, Vodafone is obliged to provide a universal service provider with personal and identification data of its customers for the purposes of publication of a directory of customers of all operators providing telephone services available to the public (hereinafter referred to as the "Integrated Phone Directory" or "IPD").
Currently, the universal service provider is the company Telefónica O2 Czech Republic, a.s., which cooperates with the company MEDIATEL, spol. s r.o. on the publication of the Integrated Phone Directory, today known as Zlaté stránky (Yellow pages). This directory is available in a printed form and can be found also at web pages of the company Telefónica O2 Czech Republic, a.s.
Of course, the provision of your data to the company Telefónica O2 Czech Republic, a.s. is determined by your consent to the publication in IPD. You may choose what data you wish to publish.
The publication of data is very simple, and you may apply for it right now via the electronic form, which can be found in the Internet Self Care, in menu My Account > Directory. It will enable you to give your consent to the publication in the Integrated Phone Directory (IPD), and also to choose the extent of data you wish to publish.
If you give your consent to the publication of your data in IPD via the above-mentioned form, we will forward your data, to the extent you have chosen, to the universal service provider (the publisher of IPD), who will be responsible for their publication. Your data will be published in a printed version of IPD in a respective calendar only in the case that you give your consent early enough before its closing date; otherwise, unfortunately, you will have to wait for its next revision.
If you change your mind and does not want to occur in IPD, you may contact us anytime, withdrawing your consent via the electronic form accessible from the Internet Self Care. In such a case, your data will be removed from IPD during the next revision; of course, provided that you have informed us on the withdrawal of your consent early enough before the closing date.
If you have already sent us your consent via a written form, your data, to the extent you had chosen, will be automatically entered in the electronic application described above. You do not have to give your consent again.
You can get a phone book with your phone number for free. If your number is in more than one phone book, you can choose the one you want. You can get your phone book using your personal ration coupon (RC).
Where you do you get the RC? There are two ways:
