If you choose the On My Own service, we'll give you Detailed Billing in electronic form free of charge. In addition, once you've used up your bundled minutes, you'll get a 20 percent bonus on all calls, making it even more beneficial than our standard rates.
Tailor Made Tariff - With the On My Own Service, you get a 10% discount for the monthly fee for all bundles and services you have built your tariff plan from.
How does it work?
- You manage your account by yourself through Vodafone Self Care. In such way, you can be sure that you are happy with everything.
- Every month your electronic Detailed Bill will be waiting for you in the Internet Self Care. We will always notify you with a text message as soon as a new one has arrived. By default, the message will be sent to the telephone number from which the service was activated (but you can, naturally, change it). All your calls and text messages will be on your Detailed Bill. You’ll have everything in the palm of your hand – whom did you call, how long the calls lasted and what the individual charges were. These data will be accessible for every number on the customer account.
- You will no longer receive paper bills – and so you save the environment. But it’s also worth noting that you can’t use the electronic bill as a tax document. Neither will you receive any postal orders from Vodafone. It might therefore be a good idea to think about another payment method. We’d recommend Direct Debit or the M-Banking & M-Payments services, which can be found on your SIM Plus card.
- Your Vodafone Care calls will be charged at CZK 30.26 per call (including 20 % VAT). No need to worry, though, our Self Care covers many things so we are pretty sure you won’t miss Vodafone Care in any way.
How to activate?
A fast and simple way of activating the On My Own service is through the Vodafone Self Care - either via the Internet Self Care, or Voice Self Care on *077. The activation will take place immediately.
What should you know?
- Should you ever want to give up using the Vodafone Care, remember that the deactivation won’t take place before the end of your Bill Cycle. There will be no Detailed Bill for you at the end of the month - you'll receive our standard paper bill by mail instead.
- It’s not possible to cancel Detailed Billing without cancelling the whole On My Own service.
- If there are several telephone numbers on your customer account, the service will always be activated for all of them. That means that all the numbers assigned to your account can take the advantage of the On My Own benefits.
- The discount call rate after your bundled minutes are used up does not apply to the Agreement with Vodafone, I Hear You, Between Us, Write Me, Junior and Power Up tariffs.
- The service is intended for individual customers only.
