An invoice is your bill for the use of our services, which we issue to you at the end of each accounting period. An accounting period lasts for a maximum of 31 days. We will deliver the invoice to you within 15 days of the end of the accounting period at the latest. For those who pay VAT, the invoice is also a tax document (with the exception of electronic invoices, which we issue to customers who have activated the On My Own service .
You can receive either a summary invoice (according to your service type) or a detailed one.
Summary invoices (according your service type) are issued for all SIM cards/active phone numbers on your customer account. In this invoice you'll find information on to what extent you have used our voice, data or other services. There is information about any deposits made, excess payments or outstanding amounts. We will always send your invoice free of charge to your contact address. If you are using the On My Own service you will not receive a written invoice. It will be available to you in an electronic form on Internet Self Care. We will always inform of new On My Own invoices with a text message.
Detailed Invoices are activated upon request because you have to pay for this service. The price of this invoice is CZK 78 including 20% VAT. You can activate the Detailed Invoice via Vodafone's Self Care or at Vodafone Care on *077. If you have ordered a Detailed Invoice, we will send it to you together with the Summary Invoice. If you are using the On My Own service, you can find your Detailed Invoice in Internet Self Care any time you like and it doesn't cost a thing. If you are interested in receiving a one-off Detailed Invoice for an invoice already issued, all you have to do is to order it through our operators. This one-off Detailed Invoice will cost you CZK 78 including 20% VAT.
