Switching to a tariff plan

Now, since you know all the advantages of calling with Vodafone, you may be interested in some information about Vodafone's other tariffs.

It is possible to change from a Vodafone Card to any of the tariff plans that Vodafone offers. You will find the current tariff plans in the section Plans and Prices.

You can transfer from the Vodafone Card to a monthly tariff at any time. All you need is to meet the following criteria:

• If you have been a customer of Vodafone for less than 3 months, it is necessary that the value of your credit at the moment of applying for the transfer to a tariff must be at least CZK 1,000. If the credit at your Vodafone card exceeds this value, it will be deducted from your first bill.
• If you have had your Vodafone card for longer than 3 months and have positive or null credit then you can transfer to a tariff immediately. Any unused credit on your card will be deducted from your first bill.

The transfer to a monthly tariff is free of charge. Also, there will be no changes to your telephone number or your SIM card.
