As part of your Starter Kit, you received your SIM card with an initial airtime credit worth 200 CZK and your pre-activated phone number as printed on the envelope. In order to use the Vodafone network you need to have a dual-band handset (900/1800 MHz). Before making your first phone call, you will need to insert your SIM Card into your mobile phone.
Here's how to do it:
You will find your SIM card sealed in a little envelope in the Starter Kit. Before you open the envelope containing the SIM card, make sure you have read, understood and you agree with the General Terms and Conditions included in the Starter Kit. Please insert the SIM card according to the instructions that were included with your mobile phone. Make sure that your battery is charged and that you are in an area with sufficient coverage.
After you switch on the handset you will be asked to enter PIN code. Your PIN code has been preset as 1234 but you can change it at any time. If your SIM card has been inserted correctly you now have to recharge your prepaid account for the first time - please call *77 directly from your mobile phone. You will get a confirmation of your initial airtime credit (200 CZK) and the expiration period. You will also learn how to recharge your account.
