a) Internet Self Care

If you already have a voucher with 500 or 1200 CZK credit, you can top up your Vodafone Card here, on the internet.

b) Voice Self Care

If you already have voucher with 500 or 1200 CZK credit and you want to use Vodafone Voice Self Care, please follow these easy steps:

• First, take out your Vodafone Card voucher from the envelope.
• On the back of the voucher, carefully scratch off the protective coating and you'll find your 12-digit secret number.
• Now dial *77 or *077 from your mobile phone.
• In the main menu, choose the Top-up option.
• When you're prompted, enter the 12-digit secret voucher number and confirm with #.

Don't hang up! Wait for the top-up confirmation.

Blocking and unblocking during the topping-up process

For security reasons, you are allowed a maximum of 9 attempts to enter the secret number. If you fail to enter the correct secret number after 9 attempts, your access to the Top-up menu will be denied. Just call 800 770 077 to regain access.
