Top-Up your Vodafone Card

Your Vodafone Card can be topped up using vouchers or via an ATM. It doesn't matter if you proceeded your first top-up with the voucher or via ATM, both methods may be used throughout the life of your Vodafone Card.

Top-Up via ATM

If you have a bankcard, you can easily top up your Vodafone Card at any ATM labeled with the Vodafone logo. There are more than 2,000 of them across the country, so you'll be sure to find one.

The following SMS confirmations will be sent (in Czech) to both mobile phone numbers if the two numbers are different:

"Your Vodafone Card Account has been topped up with XX CZK. Please call *22# to confirm. Your transaction number is XX. Vodafone."

Or

"The Vodafone Card phone number XX has been topped up with XX CZK. Your transaction number is XX. Vodafone"

If you entered an incorrect phone number, you will receive the following SMS (in Czech):

"Sorry! XX is not a valid Vodafone Card phone number therefore the account has not been topped up. Your transaction number is XX. Vodafone"

If the credit topping-up cannot proceed, you will receive the following SMS:

"Sorry! Technical problems are preventing us from recharging your Vodafone Card. Please try again later. Your transaction number is XX. Vodafone"

Or

"The transaction will be processed in a few minutes (max. 15 minutes)."

Or

"Sorry! The transaction was not authorised by your bank. Your transaction number is XX. Vodafone"
