Invoices

What is an invoice?

An invoice is the bill for your use of our services, which we issue you at the end of each accounting period or bill cycle. A bill cycle lasts for a maximum of 31 days. We will deliver the invoice to you within 15 days of the end of the bill cycle, at the latest. For those who pay VAT, the invoice is also a tax document (with the exception of electronic invoices, which are issued to customers who have activated the On My Own service).

What kinds of invoice are there?

You can either receive a summary invoice (according to your service type) or a detailed one.

Summary billing (according your service type) are issued for all SIM cards/active phone numbers on your customer account.

This bill shows to what extent you have used our Voice, Data and/or other services. There is information about deposits made, excess payments and/or outstanding amounts. We will always send your bill free-of-charge to your contact address. If you are using the On My Own service you will not receive any written bills. Your invoices will be available to you in electronic form on Internet Self Care. We will always inform of new On My Own bills by text message.

Detailed billing is activated only upon request because it is a paid service. The price of detailed billing is 78 CZK, including 20% VAT. You can activate detailed billing via Internet Self Care or by calling Vodafone Care on *077. If you have ordered detailed billing, we will send it to you together with the Summary Billing. If you are using the On My Own service, you will find detailed billing on Internet Self Care any time you like and it doesn't cost a thing.

Private Billing
Do you want to be able to access information wherever you are, just like James Bond? Do you want a secret phone service so nobody else knows who you are calling? Would you like to send confidential text messages and only have access to the detailed overview yourself? The Private Billing service is just the job – you can see all your calls and text messages in detail but no one else can see the last three digits. Even if you leave your printed bill lying on the table unattended or if you leave your computer in the middle of checking your bill via the Internet Self Care, nobody can spy on you. And how much does it cost for such amazing technology? If you are using the On My Own service, the Private Billing is free of charge. If you have Detailed Billing for your printed invoices, which costs 78 CZK, including 20% VAT, it doesn’t cost a thing extra. You only pay for the Detailed Billing if you get the Private Billing free of charge.
And where can you get your hands on such a miracle? Of course, in the Internet Self Care.

If you are interested in receiving a one-time detailed billing for an invoice already issued, all you have to do is to order it through our operators. This one-time detailed billing costs 78 CZK, including 20% VAT.
