You can get any of the tariffs or prepaid cards currently being offered through our website. We do not require a written contract even for tariff service plans. A that's why shopping through the Vodafone e-shop is so easy. All you have to do is click on "buy" in the overview of tariffs or in the overview of prepaid cards, and within a few more clicks your order will be ready.
With a single order you can purchase up to six SIM cards through the e-shop.
You can also order a telephone for each SIM card ordered; the first two in the order can be ordered for a special price. If you already have a tariff selected, you will see the special price by the telephone, which applies to the tariff in question. Click again on select and you’ll be onto the next step – selecting services.
You can also do the opposite – begin on the page with the selection of telephone and on the next step select a tariff – at the same time you'll see how much your mobile phone will cost with this tariff.
Modems and data cards for laptops can be found in the telephones/data devices section. You can either purchase them for special prices (provided you also activate Connect Steady on your new SIM card), or for the standard price with Connect Casual.
Don't forget that in the e-shop you can order no more than two telephones (or data devices) on one contract (one birth certificate number) for a special price within 12 months. The third and additional telephones (or data devices) will be offered for the standard price regardless of whether you request the Connect Steady tariff at the same time.
If you do not want a specially priced telephone, you can select a gift from the Shopping Basket instead for each Charged tariff. If you take advantage of this offer, you can order a telephone for the standard price. The period for which you can choose from the basket free of charge depends on the amount of the service charge you have selected.
In this step you must first set the amount of your Call deposit. This is the amount of money determined by your Calling limit - your costs beyond the scope of your service charge. We will return the Call deposit to you after six months of good payment history.
At the bottom of this page you can select from a number of additional services and benefits packages.
For some of them, the monthly service charge does not apply, and some of them are even absolutely free.

Some of the services cannot be ordered before activating your account. As soon as you have a SIM card purchased and activated, you can set them up in Internet Self-Care.

Sending the Shopping Cart to a Friend
The content of your shopping cart will be saved, and a link to it will be sent to your friend’s e-mail address.
Fill out all of the mandatory information on this page (marked with a red star) and click "continue". A new account will be created for you.
You can enter a different mailing and billing address. Your order will be sent to your mailing address, and your bill will be sent to your billing address.
By filling out the mandatory information you also give us consent to process your personal information acquired through ordering goods and services. We will only process your information in order to better meet the obligations that arise from your order and contracts concluded on the basis thereof (see General Terms and Conditions of Vodafone Czech Republic a.s.).
Security password: Please select the 4–6-digit security code which you will use when managing your account. For your security we recommend not entering a simple password (for example numbers like 123456 or 7777, such numbers are not adequate)!
If a friend, who was already a customer in the Recommend and Gain program, has recommended Vodafone to you, and if you have the assigned codes, give them here. We will calculate the discount that you will receive.
Here you will see an overview of the information that you entered again, as well as an overview of the services and goods you ordered. If everything is satisfactory, click "Confirm Order" and it will be sent.
If your order has been accepted your confirmation will be displayed with the number that has been assigned it. Please hold on to this number, should you have any questions it will help you find your order.
