Satisfaction guarantee

We give every customer with a non-written contract a full satisfaction guarantee.

If, after receiving and paying for your mobile telephone and SIM card, you discover that you didn't really want the mobile or SIM card that much after all, contact us. Please do it immediately, at the latest within 30 days of receiving the package.

Through the Vodafone customer care line we would offer you to exchange your mobile telephone or tariff for another one. If you insist on cancelling your order, we will advise you on how to proceed in order to get your money back in full. A condition for successfully applying your guarantee where goods are concerned is the return of the telephone (or accessories) intact.

Reclamation

You can file a complaint on defective goods at all Vodafone sales points (with the exception of Vodafone kiosks, Vodafone tours, and Mini Vodafone tours) or by post. For more detailed information and the regulations on reclamations of goods and services, see here.
